Toronto Mayor Rob Ford, whose recent spate of misbehavior prompted the city council to strip him of virtually all executive authority, will be on a Washington, D.C. radio show Thursday morning and may get a recurring segment.

If all goes well when Ford joins “The Sports Junkies” on Washington’s 106.7 “The Fan,” he could be offered an agreement to become a permanent fixture on the show, CBS Local reports.

Ford’s last radio show ended in early November, and the TV show he hosted with his brother, called Ford Nation, was nixed after a single episode.

Ford’s newest radio gig begins Thursday, December 4, at 8:40 am EST.
