A man fell to his death at Candlestick Park Sunday, while two others were injured in a separate incident when a railing collapsed at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, NFL.com reports.
According to multiple reports, witnesses say the man, whose name has not been released, appeared to be intoxicated before falling from an elevated walkway of the San Francisco football stadium just after kickoff in the 49ers-Packers game. Fans said he appeared to be in his 30s.
Of the two people injured when the railing they were leaning on collapsed at the stadium in Indianapolis, one was released after receiving medical attention at the stadium while another was hospitalized. Officials said neither fan appeared seriously injured.
