A woman who says she’s pregnant with Houston Texans running back Arian Foster’s child has filed a law suit against him claiming he tried to coax her into having an abortion.

In court documents obtained by TMZ, the woman — who is identified only as Brittany — says she is 17 weeks pregnant and has DNA testing to prove Foster is the father. She claims that the football player attempted for force her to have an abortion after finding out about the child. She says he even recruited his brother into pressuring her into the abortion, according to the lawsuit.

“If you love [Arian] so much you would get an abortion,” the lawsuit claims Arian’s brother said.

The suit, filed in Texas, reportedly asks for child support and a restraining order against Arian to prevent him from pressuring her into having an abortion. She is also reportedly seeking damages for emotional distress.

Foster has reportedly filed a response to the allegations, according to TMZ, but neither her nor his representatives have commented on the lawsuit at this time. Foster has been married to his wife, Romina, since 2011, and they have a four-year-old daughter and one-year-old son together.
