Foxborough, MA, USA; Miami Dolphins wide receiver Brandon Gibson (10) celebrates a touchdown reception with center Mike Pouncey (51) during the first quarter against the New England Patriots at Gillette Stadium.

Following his team’s loss to the New England Patriots on Sunday, the Massachusetts State Police served Miami Dolphin’s center Mike Pouncey with a grand jury subpoena.

According to a report in Sports Illustrated, the subpoena is related to the ongoing investigation of Pouncey’s former teammate at the University of Florida and ex-Patriot’s tight end Aaron Hernandez. Despite being served by authorities, Pouncey has not been charged with any crime.

“Organizationally, we do not have a comment,” Dolphins spokesman Harvey Greene told SI following the game. “And Mike Pouncey does not have a comment.”

Hernandez was arrested in June in connection to the suspected murder of semi-pro football player Odin Lloyd.
